Information on the Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you acquired the item or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can send your statement, for example:

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also attached to the Online Store’s terms and conditions. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the information regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Refunds and Return Conditions
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or until you provide proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the purchased item, please return or hand it over to us at the following address:
ul. Macieja 14, 72-006 Mierzyn, Poland, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Additional Provisions
The provisions in this notice regarding consumers apply from January 1, 2021, and also extend to contracts concluded from this date by a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, provided that the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person, in particular, resulting from the subject of their business activity as made available under the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
